Andrew has been practicing Sports, Remedial and Relaxation massage. His natural disposition for helping people led him to a career change from the busy IT Corporate world where he was working as a Security Engineer for over 14 years, into the ever changing essential sector of health and wellness through Massage Therapy.


Andrew takes a tailored approach for assessing and treatment of each client, he enjoys seeing the improvements in their daily lives and connecting with people.

Eugenia is passionate about helping her clients with stress management, with over 15 years of experience she has found her niech in helping her clients with the healing and alleviation of neck problems such as  migraines, headaches and wry neck.

Eugenia practices Polarity therapy which is a holistic healing system that encourages healthy activity and positive attitudes. Using polarity techniques, this treatment is a very unique method to balance your body whilst nurturing your mind. It comprises of 4 key elements – bodywork, to relax, release built up stress and facilitate healing; diet, to cleanse and re-energise the body; stretching and exercises, to move energy, and self-awareness, to help heal emotions and bring peace of mind.

About me

Fathma is driven to keep learning and adding to her knowledge of up to date research and treatment modalities. Her drive to study has led her to continue to upgrade her skills via Torrens University where she is currently undergoing a degree in Clinical Myotherapy.

She has a great love for the human body and is very enthusiastic at having a whole approach to her client’s physical challenges. She has a keen understanding that every client has their own unique experience and works with what each client needs to achieve to improve quality of life.

Favourite Food

She totally loves chocolate. Her utter favourite dish is chocolate mouse with a drizzle of dark chocolate ganache.

Hobbies

Viking historical re-enactment, European weapons martial arts, gardening and story telling.

Karen Galbraith

Specialising in: Remedial massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, kinesiology, massage for the elderly.

Karen is the director of Body Balance Wellness Centre and has been a practitioner for 28 years. Karen teaches the Diploma of Remedial Massage and is passionate about educating people in all areas of massage and actively promoting the industry as a health care profession. Karen’s area of expertise is in the functions of the body and how it works in relation to injury and muscle restriction.

 

She is a dedicated massage therapist with a passion for helping and healing. Karen has an innate ability to identify problem areas, educate and restore health, allowing her clients to live better, move better and feel better. She enjoys modifying her techniques to suit elderly clients.

Yashani Shantha

Degree – Clinical Myotherapy

Yashani has always been passionate about health and wellbeing, growing up with an active lifestyle herself.  Being a keen participant of sports, ranging from karate to cricket, she has acquired her fair share of injuries along the way. She has spent many hours on a therapy table, receiving treatments, and it was here that she discovered the imperative role a therapist plays in helping people get back to their previous level of activity.

With a degree in Clinical Myotherapy, she uses a variety of techniques such as joint mobilisation, myofascial release, movement and postural retraining with a strong focus on pain management and injury prevention. She has a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body and enjoys motivating and empowering her clients to achieve their goals to live at their optimum.
